Pizza Workshop

Tuscan culinary tradition is one of the most authentic experiences to enjoy during your stay: simple cuisine, yet rich in flavour, made from quality ingredients, local products and time-honoured techniques. Homemade bread, extra virgin olive oil, local wines, cheeses and cured meats tell the story of a land deeply connected to the seasons and its natural rhythms. Marco and Sara will accompany you in a special moment, guiding you step by step through the preparation of homemade pizza. A convivial experience made of traditional gestures and a passion for dough: from stretching it to baking it in the oven, all the way to the pleasure of enjoying it together. Together with pizza, you will also discover cecina, a traditional speciality made with chickpea flour: simple, yet surprisingly rich in flavour.
